Lot Registration
Growers deposit their cardamom at our center. Each consignment is weighed, divided into lots, and registered with the Spices Board e-auction platform.

Sampling
Each lot is mixed evenly and a 3 kg sample is drawn. At auction time, a handful from this sample is distributed to every registered buyer for inspection.

E-Auction
Buyers inspect their samples and bid electronically through the Spices Board platform within a short window. The highest bid wins each lot.

Settlement & Payment
We collect payment from buyers and remit to growers — with the equivalent value of used samples also credited to the seller. Full auction sheets are documented.
